A new online resource for the ETFO Employee Life and Health Trust (ELHT) is now live at www.etfo-elhtbenefits.ca. This website is a central resource designed to help answer your questions and direct you to the right supports. Here’s what you’ll find: Contact information – so you know who to contact or where to go if you have a question or concern FAQs – if you have a question, the answer could be right here Links – this website is a great spot to find all of the links you need to access information Other highlights – learn more about our plan, read the ELHT Annual Report, and keep up-to-date on benefits news More information will be added in the future including interesting articles Please note that you will still log in to OTIP’s secure member site (My Benefits and My Claims) for many important functions including but not limited to: My Benefits: add eligible dependants; make changes to your beneficiaries. My Claims: submit and check the status of your claims; view your ETFO ELHT benefits booklet; view the list of reasonable and customary maximums; check for eligible medication.
