After a long and challenging round of bargaining, I am pleased to announce that a tentative agreement has been reached between the Avon Maitland Teachers’ Local and the Avon Maitland District School Board.
A virtual meeting will be held on Monday, April 15 at 5pm to share the details of the new tentative agreement. The ratification vote will take place during the meeting.

I wish to thank the members of our Collective Bargaining Committee: Darrell Uhler, Drew Macaulay, Lindsay O’Reilly, Stephanie McArthur, and Tim Barton, for their hard work on behalf of members.
